ASEC - Alberta Post-Secondary Students Call on Government to Improve "Our Futures, Our Fortunes"
Students at post-secondary institutions across Alberta hold a provincial day of action, organized by the Alberta Students' Executive Council (ASEC), on February 11, 2010. The "Our Futures, Our Fortunes" campaign is a response to the 2010 budget cuts to the PSE sector, and is calling on the government to invest in post-secondary education. Messages from Alberta students will be baked into giant fortune cookies and delivered to Doug Horner, Minister of Advanced Education and Technology.
