Read Letter - Don't cut services to the people with disabilities please!

A letter written to Hon. Yvonne Fritz, Calgary-Cross
Don't cut PDD funding to agencies that serve people with disabilities. And also increase the income people on AISH get so they can have a better quality of life! They deserve a good life just like everyone else! Can you live on only $1188 dollars a day- paying rent, food, utilities, clothing, and medicine? I know that for many people on AISH their medicine is paid for by AISH health benifits, but not all of it is paid for.If you can honestly say you'd be willing to give up your big paycheck just to prove you can live on $1188 a month that would be great to show to your fellow constituents, poor people, and people living on AISH- then that shows it is actually do able. If you can't show this then may be you should look at AISH and see how you can help to improve that program. no one on AISH asked to be poor or living below the LICO line- why are making them live 17% below the national LICO line.
