A letter written to Mr. Arno Doerksen, Strathmore-Brooks
Canada Post has a universal service obligation to ALL Canadian citizens. They are not providing services to Carseland- Speargrass in Carseland Alberta. They refuse to provide these citizens, why? we are not sure why. You as the MLA for this area should ensure these problems are addressed.
